Whilst at Helexpo Philoxenia, Thessaloniki, NDN and Limnos Island representatives met to discuss their 2 years to-date collaboration.
Limnos Island Tourism numbers have increased by approximately 14% over this time and it is looking like this is going to continue in 2019 too.
Limnos Island is know as ‘the indescribable island’ as it has a vast amount of interesting things to see, do and get involved, it is impossible to put a label on it. Some Islands are known for religion, culture, heritage or history and some are known for beaches, watersports, food, drink and entertainment, well Limnos has them all and much more! Add mysterious volcanic structures and desert, bird-watching, holy & historical caves, important military sites, first ever parliament?, plus a multitude of beaches, restaurants and bars and that is not all it has.
If you are wanting to visit a Greek Island in 2019, make it Limnos – ‘the indescribable island’.
